This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made from https://almakkahtraders.pk including CCTV products and related services.

1. No Return / No Refund Policy

Due to the technical and security-sensitive nature of CCTV products, Al Makkah Traders follows a strict NO RETURN and NO REFUND policy once the product has been sold or installed, except in cases mentioned below.

2. Eligible Cases for Replacement (Only)

Replacement may be offered only in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged during delivery
  • Product received is defective or not working at the time of unboxing
  • Product delivered is incorrect or different from the order

❗ Refunds are not provided. Only replacement will be considered.

3. Conditions for Replacement

To be eligible for replacement:

  • Customer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos or unboxing video must be provided as proof
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Claim approval is subject to inspection and verification

Claims made after 24 hours will not be entertained.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or wrong order placed by customer
  • Physical damage caused after delivery
  • Electrical damage due to power fluctuation, misuse, or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items purchased on special discount or clearance sale
  • Installation-related dissatisfaction after service completion

5. Installation Services

  • Installation charges are non-refundable once the service has been completed
  • If installation is cancelled by the customer after scheduling, advance payment is non-refundable
  • Any additional work requested after installation will be charged separately

6. Return Shipping (If Approved)

  • If replacement is approved, return shipping instructions will be shared
  • Customer may be responsible for return courier charges unless the issue is confirmed as seller fault

7. Processing Time

  • Replacement requests are reviewed within 3–5 working days
  • Approved replacements are dispatched after product verification
