At Al Makkah Traders, we provide secure and convenient payment options for our customers.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer

  • Online Transfer / Mobile Banking

  • Any other method communicated at the time of order confirmation

Payment Terms

  • Lahore Customers: Cash on Delivery (COD) or partial advance payment is available for products and services.

  • Other Cities (Outside Lahore): 100% advance payment is mandatory before order dispatch.

  • CCTV Installation Services:

    • Advance payment of 50%–70% (as mutually agreed)

    • Remaining balance payable after installation completion (Lahore only)

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

We do not store or process sensitive card or banking information on our website.

  • CCTV products are delivered nationwide across Pakistan.

  • Installation services are available in selected cities, mainly Lahore and nearby areas.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days

  • Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier service, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout or communicated before dispatch.

  • Installation charges are separate unless stated otherwise.

Order Confirmation

  • Orders are processed only after confirmation via phone call, WhatsApp, or email.

  • Incorrect contact details or address may result in delivery delays or cancellation.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos as evidence

  • Claims made after 24 hours may not be entertained

Failed or Refused Deliveries

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, re-delivery charges may apply or the order may be cancelled.
